STRENGTH & GRACE FITNESS
PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM + WOMENS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES
As former college athletes, Rachael and her husband joined a functional fitness gym, fell in love with the community and sport and earned her coaching certificate to coach at local gyms.
Fast forward to 2017—Rachael left her first prenatal appointment feeling dismissed and discouraged by the outdated fitness advice she was given. As an athlete and coach determined to stay active through pregnancy, she was surprised by how few professionals truly understood the needs of pregnant and postpartum women. Between vague online advice and a lack of meaningful support, she often felt alone navigating workouts during pregnancy—and even more so when returning to exercise postpartum.
An injury six months after giving birth further highlighted the importance of a slow, intentional, and informed approach to postpartum recovery.
Those experiences sparked her mission: to become the coach she once needed. Today, Rachael helps women feel seen, supported, and strong through every season of life—from pregnancy and postpartum, to the trenches of motherhood, menopause, and beyond. With a focus on evidence-based strength training and core and pelvic floor awareness, her classes offer a safe, empowering space for women to build confidence in and out of the gym—and to pursue a lifetime of athleticism.
Rachael coaches three women-only classes: Mama Strong: Foundations, Mama Strong: Bootcamp, and Women’s Strength & Conditioning—all designed to meet women where they are and help them embrace each season with strength and grace.
